Booking Fee:

A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm the booking. 

Postponement:

One postponement is permitted per booking providing that notice of more than 5 working days is given. The rescheduled shoot day must be booked for a day within 6 months of the original shoot date. 

Cancellation:

Booking cancellation by the client must be in writing and give reasonable notice of more the 1 week before the shoot date. Shot notice will incur a cancellation fee. 

Footage Format:

Image Jpeg /300 dpi / 4000 pixels on the long edge 
Video 1080p /mp4 

Photographer Credit:

It is appreciated that each use of the footage is accompanied by an adjacent credit line or ‘tag’ acknowledging Lissa Photography in publications and social media. 

Expenses:

Any job-related expenses for example parking will be added to the final invoice.  
 

Client Property & Materials:

Client property and material is the client's risk and the photographer accepts no responsibility for the maintenance or insurance of that property or material. 

Storage & Backups:

The client is responsible for the storage and backup of the work supplied by the photographer. While the photographer will follow its usual backup procedures upon delivery of the works, the photographer shall not be liable if unable to produce backups or future reproductions of the works upon the request of the client. Where backups are available, these may be made available to the client for a fee.
